Thats a nice building I must say. But all you need is a roof over your head. Remember wants v. needs
you wont need garage bays...you'll have to keep those limos running 24/7 to pay rent.
I'm assuming you're going to run multiple businesses out of there simultaneously?

Yes I own multiple companies. This will house all of them under one roof.
We looked inside today. We made a bid on the space with some conditions. They are very reasonable requests. We should hear back in a few days from them.

Havent heard any updates? Checking to see if you've moved in your new facilities!
We have the lease in hand. Our other companies are very dependent on Internet to function properly. So we are waiting on an assessment of the location by our phone company to make sure we can get a T1 before signing.
Plus it's been a hell of a week. I need to hire more people but my operations manager won't let me until we move. So it's been extra busy.
What about that limo communtiy site? I'd like to hear more about that.

Well. Building sites is one of the things one of my companies do. But it's not something we generally outsource. Besides. Really well designed sites run $1000 and up for a good artists to create them.
I still need to do an official announcement. I ran out of time this week though. I have another video that we shot today. But I didn't get a chance to edit it.
Then I'm headed out of town to a video game developers conference in the morning.
One of these days I need to take a vacation. :)
What is an great location. Tha selection of a business location is a factor of compromise. Oftentimes we must compromise some ideas.
